Canadian Idol cancelled for 2009

 Sad Canadian Idol cancelled for 2009  Sad
I was asked to join a group on facebook that have been informed  that there will not be a Canadian Idol in 2009. I decided to do some web surfing and found a article at this site:

I was hoping that this might be some kind of a mistake and I am still hoping there is some way it can be fixed so we get our Canadian Idol in 2009.

Yikes, I sure HOPE they don't cancel the show!! It is the only decent show that Canadians have to watch over the summer months...unless they do it some time in the winter when we have nothing else to watch-so from August to December?
