01. Drew Wright sang "Cut's Like A Knife"
jake said I think I finally figured out who you are, that was the right song choice
and you did a really good job of it.
Sass said it was awesome.
Farley said That is the perfect vibe for you, Bryan Adams, and you lived up to it.
Zack said I would have done it a little harder, it limped out on the voacls.
I thought he was good but still not enough umph.

02. Theo Tams sang "Heaven" ( 1- 866 - 943 - 6502)
Sass said that was enormously powerful and touching
Farley said it was really really good.
Zack said One of the best performances in the history of idol.
Jake said that was pryo-technics, you definitely blow up the stage with that.
He's the next canadian Idol, that was awesome.

03. Mitch MacDonald sings "Heat Of The Night"
Farley said although you sang it okay,you looked uncomfortable up there.
Zack said you looked uncommited  up there.
Jake said you're too nice of a guy to play angry, it just doesn't work for you.
Sass said I was just going to say the same thing as Farley.
I hate his voice, it's horrid.

04, Drew Wright sang "I'm Ready"
Zack said It really felt forced and theatrical to me.
Jake said I disagree with Zack that was a real star performance.
Sass said, that's it, that's how you do it.
Farley said I have to agree with Zack, the vocals were great,
but you looked really uncomfortable up there.
I thought he did okay.

Ben introduces Carley Rae Jepson and she is releasing a album called "Tug Of War".

05. Theo Tams sang "When You're Gone" (1 - 866 - 943-6502)
Jake said that was good but not as good as your first song.
Sass said I agree with Jake I like the first better.
Farley said he agreed with the others
Zack said This got better as it went on,
until you started wandering aimlessly around the stage.
I liked it but yeah the first was better of the two.

06. Mitch MacDonald sang "When You Love Someone"
Sass you redeemed yourself
Farley said you were more in your comfort zone, really really good.
Zack said have a unique voice, I love you Mitch
Jake said I agree with Sass
He makes my ears bleed, nails on a chalkboard.

My top two: Theo and Drew

Great review Sandy  , you always do a great job with the song titles and the descriptions.

I'm keeping my review simpler for tonight.

With both his performances, Drew seems to have a learned a lot of key elements that will help him to go far as a singer, he should be in the Top 2 next week.

Theo has never made one single mistake on his whole run on the show, he will be in next week's Top 2, and should win.

Mitch's voice just doesn't do it for me, even if he appears to show improvement, it doesn't win me over. In the second song his voice stood out even less because of the soprano saxophone.

Tomorrow on results night, Bryan Adams will be performing.

Well, I think they should have done their songs in the opposite order, because I liked everyone's first selection better than their second.

I really liked Drew's first one.  I liked how he changed up Cuts Like A Knife.  His second song was just boring to me, although that song is incredibly boring to begin with.

Theo - I loved Heaven.  I thought he did fine with his second song, but it was getting away from the style I love about him.  If he wanted to show a different side, I think he should have done it with his first performance of the night, so that the second one he could blow everyone away and make them forget the "fine" first one.

Mitch - First song - what the heck??!  At least his voice wasn't as annoying as it normally is.  Second song, back to nails on the chalkboard.

Drew was good, Theo was awesome as always and Mitch is just meh! he had that look in his eyes like he was ready to fall asleep and it also seems like he was batting his eyes a bit for the vote factor.

I think we all agree with that! Mitch can definitely go back home to Port Hood. I don't agree that he sounds like nails on a chalkboard. He's not that bad but not a fav of mine and I have never voted for him but I can listen to him, his voice is tolerable to me.
Drew and Theo are awesome and although Theo should (and deserve) to win this thing, I would be just as happy if Drew won.
OMG...but NOT Mitch!!!!!
