I went back to this place for the first time in 5 years and it was actually quite good and the prices are somewhat reasonable.
I had a clubhouse with fries, my brother had their Yukon breakfast and my mother had this kind of pan scramble that came in this huge bowl with a side of toast-compared to the pan scrambles I have tried at Humpty's this one looked far better and appetizing but it's fairly big (at least it looked that way to me).
We also shared some Potato spuds so that was good too!
I'd definitley would like to go back, I think I have been missing out on a good place.

I loooooove Ricky's. I'm such a child though - I typically always get the chicken fingers (which are fabulous by the way). Sometimes fish and chips...but I find all of their food is quite amazing.
Which one did you go to Alicia? The one on the highway or the one on the North end?

LOL, this brings back OLLLLLLD memories!! When I first lived in Calgary, I worked a couple blocks away from a Ricky's. It was the only restaurant near work (other than at Chinook Centre) at the time, so we often went there when we wanted to go "out for lunch."
One day we went there for my birthday. My co-workers secretly arranged to have this guy dressed up like the ringmaster from a circus come by the table with a HUGE balloon bouquet for me.
Can't remember the food though! As I said, it's been years!!
